As of August 2nd, 2024, the Hungarian Golden Visa (€250,000 Real Estate Investment Fund option) is live, however the processing of the first applications is only expected towards the end of August.
The €500,000 individual property option is NOT live yet, and is only expected to launch in late January of 2025.
However, given that the Real Estate Investment Fund option’s launch was delayed by more than 6 months, an on-time launch in January of 2025 is not a given.
